Hello friends, and welcome back for another Artisan Design Team blog hop! You're likely coming from the extraordinary Rochelle Blok, and you're here with me, Shannon, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada now. We have some REALLY fantastic Sale-A-Bration goodies to share with you (it's the most wonderful time of the year, after all!) so you'll want to get comfortable with a cup of tea and take a browse with us.
When you see a new catalogue, do you have an instant favourite that jumps out at you? I always do, and this year's Sale-A-Bration was no exception: Tasty Trucks! Food trucks are SO on trend right now, and this set is phenomenal; fun, charming images and great sentiments to go with! Oh, and it's FREE with a $60 purchase - the best things in life are free, after all! Haha!
I originally made this card with no reason or purpose - what a fun surprise when I remembered I needed to use this set for an upcoming blog hop! I love love LOVED colouring this adorable taco truck and the fun tacos in the background using the Watercolour Pencils. They are amazing - so amazing, in fact, that they're temporarily sold out! They'll be back soon, so while you wait, don't hesitate to use your ink pads and blender pens.
The beauty of this set, though, is the fun sentiments that go with the adorable images. I love this little rhyme - "A little wish that's fun to make... Happy Birthday! Now where's the cake?!" So cute! Paired with the darling little cupcakes, it perfectly adorns a Petite Cafe gift bag - food safe, of course, to tuck a birthday treat inside!
I love that these images and sentiments can easily stand along without being "driven" by the truck.
Thanks so much for popping by today - I hope you're enjoying our fabulous Sale-A-Bration blog hop!
Now let's hop over to Sylwia and see what she has going on for us today!
Cheers, and happy stamping!
Shannon
