Hello friends! I'm a day late - I meant to share this fun card for Cinco de Mayo yesterday, but the day got away from me! Better late than never, though, so I may as well share it now.
Birthday Fiesta and its coordinating Framelits Dies and Designer Series Paper are ALL retiring at the end of this month, which is a total heartbreaker! I love the fun prints, bright colours, and most of all, the adorable llama. This suite isn't to be missed!
One of my favourite things about this suite is that it is "recipient-neutral." These cards would work for anyone - no matter their age or sex, no matter your relationship to them. From your brother to your bestie to your weird co-worker that you barely talk to (ha!), these cards fit.
That card ended up being sent to my brother-in-law; my husband has a weird affinity for llamas, so he chose it from my stash to send to his bro!
With paper like that, it's so quick and easy to whip up a card... and just like that, I'm stocked for another six birthdays!
In the fall, I started sending birthday cards to virtually everyone I know - having easy, neutral cards like these in my stash is a life-saver.
Birthday Fiesta stamp set, Fiesta Time Framelits dies, and the Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper are all in the shop now, but only while supplies last. Don't forget to use this month's host code (JX26H4GM) and receive a bundle of DSP, embellishments, and ribbons free with your order!
Thanks for visiting today - I'm off to clean up my garden for the first time this spring. Beautiful weather is finally here!
Cheers,
Shannon
