I've been creating like crazy in my craft room this week and in a search for new ideas, I decided to participate in the Global Design Project! This fabulous challenge blog has a weekly inspiration, and this week is a sketch challenge. Check it out!
I love a good sketch challenge - it's so easy to create with, and yet each project is fabulously unique.
I thought this sketch was lovely in its simplicity, and I wanted to stick closely to it. A little rotation (well, more of a crop, I suppose!) was about all I did!
I've been creating a TON lately with the Coffee Cafe bundle - the fabulous stamp set and Framelits - but I haven't much used the coordinating Coffee Break DSP. This card focuses on the paper - in fact, it was created without a single stamp and zero ink! Isn't that a crazy thought?! Sometimes it's fun to work with very limited supplies and see what you can come up with. This entire card was made with paper, cardstock, twine, and sequins - that's it!
In other news, September is here and so is the brand new 2017 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue! I can't wait to share some of the new goodies with you - you're in for a real treat.
