Stampin' Up Artisan Blog Hop: Love Blossoms

Hello, friends, and welcome back for another Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop!  Our team of 20 talented ladies from around the world is so excited to be back for some more inspiration this week!

We are so excited to be sharing some of the brand new products from the Occasions 2016 catalog with you today.  Our product focus this week is the beautiful Love Blossoms DSP Stack and two new stamp sets, Picture Perfect and First Sight.

I know Valentine's Day is right around the corner, but I wanted to change things up a bit today - before we know it, Mother's Day will be here, so I wanted to make a special box for my momma and a notecard that can be used for anybody.

The layered images in the Picture Perfect stamp set are so beautiful; this rose was made with three stamped layers, each done in the same colour (Rose Red, of course!)  Each layer was stamped off once more - just by stamping your image on scrap paper before using it on your project, and you'll achieve varying tones of the same colour.  Perfect for an image like this!

And see that little peek of glitter?  Our Glimmer Paper is now available in Blushing Bride!  It's so pink and sparkly and shiny, oh my!

The little gift box was created using our Envelope Punch Board - it's not just for envelopes!  A pretty belly band and some easy embellishments create the look.  Can't find the sentiment you're looking for?  Just modify some stamps!  By masking and trimming, you can mix-and-match fonts for a custom look.

Thanks so much for popping in today!  I'm so glad you took the time to come by!  Up next on our Artisan Blog Hop is the fabulous Steffi Helmschrott in Germany - click the button below to pay her a visit and see what fabulous paper creation she has this week!

Cheers,
Shannon

  2. Shannon, both the card and the box are amazing. I especially love the rolled rose accent and the fussy cutting on "for" just blows my mind.
