Display Stamper Blog Hop - Day ONE!

Good morning, friends!  Thursday is finally here and it's the start of the blog hop you've been waiting for!  A number of the ladies on the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team were featured as Display Stampers for OnStage last week, and we're so excited to be sharing our projects with you today.  These projects have been a top-secret labour of love for the last several weeks and I'm thrilled we can finally share them!

Each of the Artisans will be sharing different samples, and this is the first we've seen each other's work as well - but I can guarantee you're in for a treat.

My samples will be featuring a number of products, so you'll be seeing a sneak peek of the new 2017-2019 In Colours, some new stamp sets, ribbons, DSP, embellishments, and more!  I'll be heavily featuring the Wood Words stamp set, Wood Crate Framelits, and Wood Texture DSP Stack, and I know you're going to love these new products!

First up - a scrapbook page!  This was the only layout I created, so I wanted to feature it right off the bat.  It relies heavily on the Wood Texture DSP, which pairs perfectly with some rustic pics I took of my son on his fifth birthday last fall.

This DSP stack coordinated perfectly with the All Year Long Project Life collection - it was a match made in heaven!  Unfortunately, at the time of creating these samples, I didn't yet know that this gorgeous collection would be retiring... I'll be hanging on to mine, though!

How many varieties of Wood Texture DSP can you see?  I spy FIVE of them in this photo!  And that corrugated heart?  How CUTE is that?

The adorable star stamp is from the coordinating Wood Words stamp set - I love the rustic, brushed finish, almost like it's been sanded.  Lovely!

Let's hop on over to Tanya Boser and see what she has to share with us!

Thanks so much for stopping by today - see you again tomorrow for more of the display stamper fun!
A note about my product list below: as the brand new items are currently unreleased, I'm unable to link to them in my online store.  I recommend jotting down the names of your favourite items so you can check back when the 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Catalogue goes live on June 1st!  Others - like the Kraft Cardstock and Project Life "All Year Long" collection - are retiring and only available while supplies last.  Hurry!  You don't want to miss out!

Cheers,
Shannon

  8. What textures! Really this DSP is wonderful! I can not wait to play with! And your page really pays tribute. I love the pennants in small details and the picine touch that recalls your son's jacket. Congratulations! (Aurélie)
