It's no secret that I love my monthly Paper Pumpkin subscription, and it's even less of a secret that I love to think outside of that bright orange box! I tend to make one of the projects as-intended, but then I just consider the rest of it a box of supplies that is totally open to interpretation.
Last month's kit included the supplies to make a set of birthday cards AND four gift bags - super cool! But one of my gift bags has had a makeover, and I wanted to share it with you.
A couple of quick snips and punches and this gift bag has been turned into a birthday mini-album! Using the colours in the kit - Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight and Island Indigo - I added a few extra pages and easily decorated them with the included stamps and some stamps from past Paper Pumpkin kits, too.
And now? Print a 4x6" photo of each birthday, glue it in, and I've got a sweet little album! Now that was easy!
Your gift bag turned mini album is AWESOME! What a great idea! I love re-purposing supplies especially when they are super cute (like these gift bags)! Thanks for sharing your genius idea....
